Announcements on 3/31/2008

Announcements
1. Preference sheets have been distributed. They are due by April 4th.
2. The marking period ends on April 11th. The grades will be due on April 16th.
3. There is a half day for students on April 16th. The remainder of the day will be spent on putting together the CEP and September planning.
4. AIS will go back to the lowest third from this point on until directed otherwise.
5. There will be an SIT meeting this Wednesday.
6. The school-wide disciplinary meeting will be held on Thursday after school in room 433.
7. Anyone interested in a sixth teaching period for pay until Ms. Willis returns, please see me. She will be returning on April 1st.
8. Any students who leave the classroom, must have an individual passes (one pass cannot count for two people).
9. There are no passes during 1st or last period. Please allow students to go to the bathroom during the period before to avoid “emergencies”.
10. The SBST team will no longer be moving up to room 301.
11. Please do not let students change out of dress code until after 3pm. They are not to be allowed to leave during 8th or 9th period to change their clothes.
12. Please update your bulletin boards with current student work as soon as possible.
13. The next staff meeting is April 7th. We will be filling out our surveys and being exposed to the new referral process for the child study team.
14. We will be hosting a Family Appreciation Night and Award Ceremony on April 3rd from 5:30 to 7:30. Please help Ms. Negron in preparing for this event.
15. Construction on the playground begins this week. Please review the e-mail sent out last week if you have any questions.
