1. Grades are due on Wednesday by no later than 8am. If you would like to turn in your grades beforehand, please see Ms. Blanding.
2. We are now in the final marking period of the 2007-2008 school year.
3. There is a half day for students on April 16th. The remainder of the day will be spent on putting together the CEP and September planning. Schedules should be in teacher mailboxes by Tuesday
4. AIS should be addressing the lowest third.
5. There will be an SIT meeting this Tuesday.
6. The school-wide disciplinary meeting will be held on Thursday after school in room 433.
7. All teachers should have received the testing materials for the interim assessments for both ELA and Math. This test will be delivered on Tuesday. Please review the materials and directions before Tuesday. If you have any questions, see Ms. Calvet.
8. Construction on the playground has begun. Please note that the fire exits will remain the same. Make sure students are properly directed in case of a fire or any other type of emergency.
9. There will be a rapid dismissal at 3pm on Friday. This will be our final fire drill of the school year.
10. Thank you to Mr. Allen for setting up the attendance appreciation activity this past Thursday. We will be conducting another one on Wednesday during our half day.
11. Any students going on a class trip must be in dress code or they should not be permitted to go. This does not pertain to students with specific situations which have been communicated.
12. Thanks to Ms. Luong, Mr. Seeram, and Ms. Levene for organizing and chaperoning school trips for their students. Thank you to all staff members who were able to help out in chaperoning and supporting these trips.
13. There is a School Leadership Meeting on Monday at 9:45 to 10:30 and from 3:30 to 5:30 after school.
14. Congratulations to everyone for their hard work. It was our first week ever with every day over 90 percent attendance. We even had one day at 93% and another day at 94%.
